Sales –  Suburban Office

Project Background:

A suburban commercial office asset had a 50% vacancy within the building and despite the vendor appointing a large real estate agency, both an extensive leasing and sales campaign had been unsuccessful. Bayley Stuart was approached by the owner, a Fund Management Group, to provide a solution.

Outcome:


In order to maximise investment value, Bayley Stuart negotiated a ‘sale and lease back’ scenario and coordinated a customised sales campaign resulting in the successful sale of the asset, which was consequently was well sought after by numerous investors and met the vendor’s required price.
