Bayley Stuart’s founding Director Alasdair MacGillivray offers 40 years of commercial real estate experience within the Melbourne CBD and metropolitan markets.

Alasdair specialises in project leasing and acquisition negotiation or sale of large-scale commercial investments and development sites and is frequently engaged by professional firms to identify and secure CBD and fringe office premises for lease.

Alasdair’s intimate knowledge of the Melbourne commercial office market, detailed attributes of CBD buildings and extensive experience enables Alasdair to achieve first class results for his clients.

Andrew MacGillivray

As Director of Bayley Stuart, Andrew MacGillivray drives the company’s asset management portfolio where his pro-active strategies and inherent ability to ideally position and add value to properties have enabled him to establish an extremely loyal client base. 

Competent in many aspects of real estate services, Andrew also specialises in asset acquisition and portfolio repositioning strategies.
