Leasing – South Wharf

Project Background:

The South Wharf commercial office tower forms part of a brand new, mixed-use development which includes a multi-level car park, the Hilton Hotel, Melbourne Convention Centre and a major retail centre, located within Melbourne’s new South Wharf precinct.

The commercial tower is a 12 level office building situated on the waterfront and comprises a ground floor foyer, a two-level car park and nine levels of office accommodation each level being approximately 2,170 square metres, providing a total Net Lettable Area (NLA) of 20,783 square metres.

Outcome: 

After being on the market for approximately 2 years with larger agencies, Bayley Stuart secured blue-ship tenants on long term leases and within 10 months of being appointed, the remaining 15,000 square metres of NLA within the South Wharf office tower was 100% leased. Bayley Stuart obtained commitments from Kraft, Cadbury, Leaseplan and Balderstones.
